Class Timetable

*All sessions (except our Saturday 9am Sweat & Sunday 9:30am Yoga) are Semi-Private Strength sessions and have a max capacity of 6 people per session.

Our SWEAT Sessions have a max capacity of 14 people per session.

Bookings for all sessions is done on a first come first served basis and can be booked through our booking app up to 7 days in advance.
