Vicky Cornick - Owner & Head Coach

Having been in the fitness industry for a number of years now, I have had the pleasure and enjoyment of working with a wide variety of women who are all at different stages of their health and fitness journey. My priority when coaching each client is to make sure I work with them, not against. I see my job as one of teaching each client how to create and build sustainable habits that will serve them a lifetime of success. By gaining each other’s trust through honest communication, we work together to find what approach to their training and nutrition is going to suit their needs and lifestyle best. Making sure, that when we look 6 to 12 months down the line, not only has the client become physically healthier and improved their overall body composition, but they are most importantly mentally a lot happier in themselves.

Claire Kavanagh - Coach

Hi everyone, my name is Claire and I’m one of the trainers here at Victory Fitness. I’m passionate about all things sport and fitness and love the fact that I get to share that passion with all our members on a daily basis. I've been involved in sport for most of my life, from Gaelic football as a teenager to my current obsession with CrossFit.

Before qualifying as a personal trainer, I worked (rather unhappily) in an office job for most of my twenties. I’m so thankful that I made the change and opted to do something that gives me fulfilment and genuine enjoyment every day. I love seeing members hit goals and progress in their fitness journey, while having all the chats and fun along the way – for me, there's nothing better than being a part of that process. When I’m not working (or working out), I’m partial to a few G&T’s with my friends, trying new restaurants and sea swims in lovely Sandycove.
