Semi-Private Personal Training
Our Semi-Private programme offers a personalised approach to your training similar to 1-1 but in a more enjoyable group environment, all while keeping the costs low.
We will have up to 6 people per group thereby ensuring that each client is given the utmost amount of attention during each session. We program the training blocks taking into consideration the goals each client has in mind and we can adapt the session to suit the ability of the client.
Our Semi-Private is ideal if you are looking for a more structured approach to your training, you want to learn how to train correctly with proper form, or you want that extra bit of motivation, guidance, and accountability to reach your desired goal.
